Work Environment: Employer's home Responsibilities Tasks: - Change diapers - Follow parents' example for toilet training - Sterilize bottles and prepare infant formula - Assume full responsibility for the household in the parents' absence - Perform light domestic work and cleaning - Accompany the family during travels and assist parents with childcare and household tasks - Bathe infants and children, dress them and feed them - Discipline children according to methods prescribed by parents - Introduce children to personal hygiene and social behavior - Keep records of daily activities and children's health data - Maintain a healthy and safe environment in the home - Organize activities, such as games and outings - Prepare and serve nutritious meals - Supervise and care for children - Promote emotional balance in children Qualifications/Credentials: Qualifications/Credentials (certificates, licenses, affiliations, courses, etc.) - CPR certification - First aid certification Experience and Specialization Target Population: Children Additional Information: Safety and Security: - Criminal record check - References required Working Conditions and Physical Abilities: - Physically demanding - Attention to detail - Weight handled: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Personal Qualities: - Customer service oriented - Flexibility - Organizational skills - Reliable - Time management - Patience - Honesty Benefits: Other benefits: - Paid leave (personal days or volunteer days) - Parking available
