Work Environment Outdoor At heights In confined spaces Noisy Dusty Hot Responsibilities Tasks Load, unload and transport construction materials Install and dismantle concrete formwork, scaffolding, access ramps, shoring walkways and barriers Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt Assist in erecting house framing, building walls and constructing roofs Apply and scrape asphalt Remove debris and other contaminants Assist with building demolition work Clean and stack recovered materials Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites Direct traffic on or near the construction site
