# Job Description **Work Environment:** Multiple work locations **Responsibilities** **Tasks** - Read plans, drawings and specifications to determine job requirements - Apply multiple layers of filler and sand longitudinal and transverse joints - Clean and prepare surfaces - Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners - Fill joints, nail heads, holes and cracks with joint filler products, using trowels or wide-blade knives - Finish angles and corners and create, as needed, decorative patterns in the finish coat - Remove excess filler and allow to dry - Tape joints using taping machines and coat tape with filler product - Work at heights or on scaffolding **Additional Information** **Working Conditions and Physical Abilities** - Bend, crouch, kneel - Manipulate heavy loads - Physically demanding - Repetitive tasks - Standing for extended periods - Work under pressure - Weight handled: Up to 9 kg (20 lb) - Possess tools and equipment: Steel-toed shoes or boots **Personal Qualities** - Customer-focused attitude - Excellent oral communication - Judgment - Team spirit **Benefits** **Health Benefits** - Dental care plan - Disability benefits - Health care plan - Paramedical services coverage - Vision care benefits
