- Record quantities of food used in registers
- Package takeout food
- Divide food into portions and wrap them
- Prepare and heat simple dishes
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars
- Take customer orders
- Use manual and electric appliances to clean, peel, slice and cut food items
- Clean and disinfect the kitchen, workstations, cabinets, storage areas and equipment
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cabinets and other storage areas
- Sweep, wipe, wash, wax and polish floors
