# Job Description **Work Environment** Various weather conditions Outdoor Resort setting Hotel, motel, resort center Landscape maintenance Equipment operation **Responsibilities** Tasks Adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems and make minor repairs, and contact tradespeople when major repairs are needed Perform minor repairs to appliances Conduct safety and security inspections Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies Work with considerable autonomy Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and parking areas Execute routine maintenance work Use a chainsaw to fell, limb, and cut trees Maintain a clean and safe work environment Organize tasks to accomplish the work **Experience and Specialization** Equipment and machinery operation experience Skid steer loader (compact loader) Area of specialization Grounds maintenance Equipment used Power tools Mechanical lawn mower Small tractors (lawn mowing or snow removal attachments) Pool maintenance and cleaning equipment Snow blower **Additional Information** Working Conditions and Physical Abilities Repetitive tasks Handle heavy loads Physically demanding Bending, squatting, kneeling Ability to work independently Personal Qualities Sense of responsibility Excellent oral communication Flexibility Initiative Judgment Organizational skills Reliability Effective interpersonal relationships Team spirit Values and Ethics Time management **Benefits** Other Benefits Free parking available
