Responsibilities Tasks Change diapers Follow parents' example for toilet training Sterilize bottles and prepare infant formula Assume full responsibility for the household in the parents' absence Perform light domestic work and cleaning Accompany the family during travels and assist parents with childcare and household tasks Bathe infants and children, dress them and feed them Discipline children according to methods prescribed by parents Introduce children to personal hygiene and social behavior Keep records of daily activities and children's health data Maintain a healthy and safe environment in the home Organize activities, such as games and outings Prepare and serve nutritious meals Prepare children for naps Supervise and care for children Promote emotional balance in children
