Responsibilities Tasks Install electrical controls and panels Replace and repair electrical controls and panels Professionalism in customer service Install underground cables Maintain maintenance records and files Splice, join and connect cables Conduct circuit continuity tests, measure voltage, load, grounding integrity, etc. Determine appropriate material types and methods for work in hazardous locations Install surface or aerial cables Install electrical networks, emergency electrical systems and power conditioning systems Ground or bond electrical devices, systems and assemblies, including pools and spas Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings Read and interpret plans, maps, drawings and specifications
