**Responsibilities Tasks**
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and distribute food
- Provide staff training regarding their tasks, hygiene and safety standards
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Handle customer complaints and address their concerns
- Write and submit reports
- Supervise and verify delivery of food trays
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise staff or work team
- Process cash and complete balance sheets, cash statements and supporting documents
- Resolve problems that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Provide customer service
- Direct individuals or give them instructions
- Provide employee/worker training regarding tasks, safety measures and company policies
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Motivate staff
