Responsibilities Tasks Assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children Assist early childhood educators and supervisors in maintaining records Engage children in activities by telling them stories, teaching them songs and preparing crafts Provide early childhood educators and supervisors with written observations on children Attend staff meetings to discuss children's progress and issues Attend staff meetings to discuss children's progress and difficulties Monitor and coordinate the activities of other early childhood educators and early childhood education assistants Assist students with special needs Additional Information Working Conditions and Physical Abilities Attention to detail Sitting, standing and walking Benefits Health Benefits Health care plan Financial Benefits Pension plan
