Responsibilities Tasks
- Ensure staff training regarding their tasks, hygiene and safety standards
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and respond to their concerns
- Take customer orders
- Serve food and beverages
- Present bills to customers and collect amounts due in cash, paid by credit or debit card, traveller's cheques or charged to rooms
