Responsibilities Tasks Coordinate subcontractor activities Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Select subcontractors in the sector Prepare and submit budget forecasts for the construction project Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Hire subcontractors and supervise their work Plan and prepare execution schedules and milestones to follow, and monitor work Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements Establish and implement quality control policies and procedures Operate computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) systems and other computer systems Read and interpret plans, diagrams and drawings Plan and manage budgets Direct the purchase of construction materials and land acquisition Develop and implement quality control programs Develop risk management plans Monitor data and information analysis Prepare reports Supervisory Functions and Activities More than 20 people Work Teams Consultants Individuals with various responsibilities
