Work Environment Office Building Cleaning Service Company Commercial Installation Shopping Centre Responsibilities Tasks Hire, train or delegate the training of cleaning personnel Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel Inspect premises or facilities to ensure compliance with established cleanliness and safety standards Prepare the budget and evaluate costs Recommend or organize additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furniture and equipment Collect amounts due for specialized cleaning work Assist cleaners in performing their tasks Coordinate work activities with other departments Establish work schedules Supervisory Functions and Activities 3 to 4 people Additional Information Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities Tight deadlines Repetitive tasks Physically demanding Possess tools and equipment Steel-toed shoes or boots
