Responsibilities Tasks Analysis of hair and scalp condition Scheduling appointments Cutting and trimming hair according to client instructions and preferences Personalized hair and scalp treatment Shampooing and rinsing clients' hair Shaving and trimming beards and mustaches Providing hair treatments, such as waves, straightening and dyeing, and providing scalp conditioning massages Supervising other hairstylists and other employees Supervising students/apprentices in training internships Cleaning and styling wigs and hairpieces Cutting, trimming, texturizing, curling, waving, perming and setting hair Recommending a hairstyle compatible with the client's physical characteristics and preferences Performing receptionist duties Maintaining inventory of supplies and ordering them Additional Information Working Conditions and Physical Abilities Repetitive tasks Attention to detail Eye-hand coordination Personal Qualities Effective interpersonal relations Reliable Team spirit Benefits Other Benefits Parking available
