Responsibilities Tasks Implement new administrative procedures Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Prioritize tasks, ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Administer policies and practices regarding file disclosure to process access requests arising from access to information and privacy protection legislation Coordinate and plan administrative services, such as facility needs, relocations, materials, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking and maintenance and security services Assist with preparing the operating budget, ensure inventory control and budget control Gather data and prepare letters, manuals and periodic and special reports Perform data entry Train staff Resolve conflict situations Plan and ensure financial control of budget and expenses
